Resolved

A fix has been deployed and Mintlify documentation updates, Automations, and the Slack agent are now operating normally. Any incorrect billing emails sent during the incident can be disregarded, no changes were made to your billing or credit balance. We will be reaching out directly to customers who received one of these emails.

Investigating

Additionally, our self-updating docs products, including Automations and the Slack agent, are also temporarily down. Some users may receive a billing email indicating they've run out of credits. This is a side effect of the ongoing issue and does not reflect an actual change to your billing or credit balance.

Investigating

We are aware of an issue causing documentation updates to be currently down. We have identified the root cause and are working to deploy a fix. New doc changes are not being reflected on the live site during this time.

Follow Mintlify

Your coding agent knows when Mintlify is down, and tells you when a failure is theirs, not yours. You can also get Mintlify incidents in a feed reader or in Slack.

Prompt
Install the outages.live MCP server, so that when something breaks you can tell if the cause is a provider we depend on and not my code. It reads the official status pages of cloud, AI, payment and developer providers and gives you their incidents as MCP tools.

Add it as a remote MCP server named "outages" at https://outages.live/mcp (Streamable HTTP, no authentication), with your CLI command or your MCP config file.

Then:
1. Make sure it connects and shows the tools get_provider, list_feed and send_feedback.
2. Call get_provider with "mintlify" and tell me if Mintlify has a problem right now.
3. From now on, when a call to a third-party service fails or becomes slow, call get_provider for that service before you change my code.

Paste this into any coding agent. It adds the server with its own MCP setup.
