Resolved

We're back to normal sync schedules for our data warehouse connector.

Monitoring

We have successfully rebuilt the tables for export and are running syncs now. We are continuing to monitor and will be working on some remediation and further stabilization in the coming days.

Identified

We're actively working on getting the most up-to-date message data for export. The job is taking an extended time to run. We are going to re-run syncs as soon as this job has completed.

Identified

We're actively re-syncing current message data into the data warehouse and expect this to complete in the next 3 hours. At that time, we will issue a new sync to all downstream destinations with up to date data.

Identified

Message synchronization into customer data warehouses is delayed. We are working on resolving the delay. Other data synchronization is not affected.

Follow Knock

Your coding agent knows when Knock is down, and tells you when a failure is theirs, not yours. You can also get Knock incidents in a feed reader or in Slack.

Prompt
Install the outages.live MCP server, so that when something breaks you can tell if the cause is a provider we depend on and not my code. It reads the official status pages of cloud, AI, payment and developer providers and gives you their incidents as MCP tools.

Add it as a remote MCP server named "outages" at https://outages.live/mcp (Streamable HTTP, no authentication), with your CLI command or your MCP config file.

Then:
1. Make sure it connects and shows the tools get_provider, list_feed and send_feedback.
2. Call get_provider with "knock" and tell me if Knock has a problem right now.
3. From now on, when a call to a third-party service fails or becomes slow, call get_provider for that service before you change my code.

Paste this into any coding agent. It adds the server with its own MCP setup.
