We had an incident on our vRack Private Network offer which has now been resolved. Here are some supplementary details : Start time : 24/10/2026 21:03 UTC End time : 25/10/2026 00:00 UTC Impacted Service(s) : vRack Private Network on some servers in RBX7 was temporarily unavailable. Customers Impact : Some customers were temporarily unable to access and use their servers through vRack Private Network. Root Cause : This incident was caused by a hardware issue.
